How to Use :

For Skin : Warm a small quantity in the hands and massage gently all over the face & body.

Leave for 30 minutes, cleanse with a UBTAN Soap or mild Scrub.

For Hair : Warm a small quantity in the hands and apply on the scalp & massage gently on the hairs.

Leave for 30 minutes, cleanse with a hair cleanser.

For Oil Pulling : Take one tablespoon of this Pure Extra virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil.

Swish it in your mouth for about 2-3 minutes. Spit it into the trash once finished.

After rinsing brush your teeth.
