Q: Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Every product at Rejuvenating UBTAN is made with 100% natural and free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, and artificial fragrances.
Q: Why does the color or scent of my product vary?
Because we use raw, natural ingredients, seasonal harvests can affect the color and aroma of our blends. This variation is a testament to our commitment to purity—we refuse to use artificial dyes or synthetic perfumes to standardize our products.
Q: How long do the products stay fresh?
Since our products are preservative-free, we recommend using them as per purchased item , as each item has different shelf life. To maintain potency, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Q: How do I choose the right Ubtan for my skin type?
Our Ubtans are versatile. Mix well with Rose water / Mogra Water for all Skin Types ( Combination / Sensitive Skin )
Tomato Juice for Pigmentation / Blemishes Curd if you have Oily skin
and Milk or Almond Oil for Dry Skin
Q: Can I use your hair oils and body oils daily?
Yes. Our cold-pressed oils are designed for deep nourishment. Our 9-Herb Hair Oil is best used twice a week as a pre-wash treatment, while our body oils can be applied daily post-shower to damp skin for maximum absorption.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email and WhatsApp with a tracking link.
Q: “What are your shipping charges?”
-Domestic: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied.
-International: Currently, we ship exclusively within India.

Q: “How long will it take for my order to reach me?”
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Most deliveries take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas or during festive seasons may take up to 10–12 days.
PAYMENTS
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, and popular UPI wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. If our logistics partner does not service your area for COD, our customer care team will reach out to help you switch to a prepaid method.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is incorrect, please email us at info@ubtanindia.in within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs of the package. We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement if approved.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. We request you to review your selection carefully before completing the checkout process.
