EXCHANGE POLICY

In circumstances where you find the product is defective we will consider exchange of product. Please e-mail us within 24 hours of delivery on info@ubtanindia.in or call us on +91-9871065303 with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rejuvenating UBTAN, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

1) If you received a defective product.
2) The ordered item(s) past its expiry date.
3) Rejuvenating UBTAN will not be responsible for damage caused after delivery.
4) Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong usage will not be covered.

Once return/refund has been accepted, the process will be completed within 10-21 days. If the mode of refund is Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10-15 days for the credit to appear in your account.

We do not entertain Cancellation under any circumstances once the order has been placed on our website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week. Therefore, you should expect delivery of your product within 3-7 business days. Please note that for areas that are more remote this may take between 10-12 working days. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

COD facility is available at limited places across India, If COD facility is not provided by the courier partner, order might be rejected or our team shall contact you to convert the Mode of Payment to Prepaid.
